Kevin Walker - Co-Founder/CEO
Kevin Walker grew up in Greensboro, North Carolina and resides in Fort Mill, South Carolina. He is a devoted husband and father who has the utmost respect for the challenges many people face in balancing their work and family life. Kevin is a retired air traffic controller from the Charlotte Douglas International Airport. The daily challenges he faced in the aviation profession developed his skills that allow him to remain calm, confident and decisive in the high-pressure real estate industry.
Kevin began his real estate career in 2004 to ensure his family and friends were given the best possible real estate service and representation. He is a multi-year recipient of the “Five Star Realtor® Award” in Charlotte, North Carolina for real estate brokers who place in the top 7% of overall client satisfaction. He has been recognized by his peers as one of the top Realtors® in the Charlotte area.
Kevin transitioned from his local real estate broker activities to working with Approved Realtor® Partners on a national level for Beacon Relocation clients. His continued dedication in providing excellent customer service is the foundation for his continued success.
Jade Barnett - Co-Founder/COO
Jade Barnett grew up in Tampa Florida and lived there until joining the U.S Airforce in 1999. While in the military he was fortunate enough to live in three countries, six states, and traveled to many more. He enjoys spending his free time outdoors with his wife, Jeanette, and their sons, Jaden and Kaeden. His opportunity for travel and adventure were expanded while in the military and led him to his passion in real estate. Jade thoroughly enjoys sharing his excitement about real estate with each client.
Jade is a visionary leader with excellent management skills and a knack for driving operations towards growth. Through 20 years of highly-decorated service and 8 combat deployments, he has seen the positive results of discipline and hard work. The values instilled in him over the years are apparent in his work ethic and bleed over into the teams he is part of. He leverages his leadership and teamwork skills to ensure that objectives are delivered with precision and timeliness. The proof of the team efforts and focus can be seen in the quality products and services he provides to his clients.
Jade is a retired air traffic controller and combat airspace manager. He has spent his adult life as a member of a winning team and he looks forward to continuing that tradition with Beacon Relocation.
Jaime Walker – Partner/CFO
Jaime was born in Kansas City, Missouri and grew up in Greensboro, North Carolina. She graduated from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro in May,1990, and later that month married her high school sweetheart. Jaime and Kevin have two grown children and a rescue dog, Iggy.
When Jaime is not in the office, she enjoys time with her family, walking Iggy, traveling and good food.
Hayley Bell - Administrative Manager
Hayley Bell grew up in Coronado, CA and after living in Southern Maine for 7 years, she now resides in Navarre, FL. Hayley is not new to military life, her dad retired in Sept. 2022 after serving 37 years in the Navy and her husband is DOD for the Air Force. Hayley received her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology Athletic Training from Humboldt State University, but the athletic training lifestyle is tough when it comes to raising a family. She joined the Beacon team in 2022 and has enjoyed juggling work and home life with her husband Jayson and her two children Lydia and Carson.
Hayley loves to cook, volunteer at her children’s school, take them to their sporting events and watch them grow! She has a great work ethic, strives to complete all tasks given to her and loves to help others.
