"Working with Beacon made the process a breeze. Kevin and Jade were both very helpful and quick with responses. As a first time homebuyer, they answered a lot of "simple" questions that are now second nature after going through the process. They found me a great realtor who shared commissions as a closing cost credit! They gave me great advice on movers from experience (which I didn't listen to and paid the price for). I had some unrealistic expectations on certain price points, Kevin stepped up to the plate to make it more than right when he had no obligation to. Both Kevin and Jade were very involved through the process without being overbearing.
